Quality Control
Grandeur Fasteners' quality control manual and procedures
have been evaluated and approved by government and OEM quality
evaluation teams. MIL-I-45208 and MIL-STD-45662 are strictly
enforced to ensure the highest possible standard of quality
conformance.
Variable gauging is exclusively employed to meet the
threading requirements of MIL-S7742, MIL-S-8879, H-28/20 and
METHOD B & C.
Material traceablity and certification to military
and commercial requirements are applicable to every part produced
at Grandeur Fasteners.
Statistical Process Control is in use throughout our
manufacturing process to guarantee that the established parameters
are maintained.
Test Lab:
Grandeur Fasteners is dedicated to the intent of Fastener
Quality Act and has complete in house facilities to evaluate
conformance of our products to specified dimensional characteristics,
mechanical and metallurgical properties and performance attributes.
